New GoPro Hero6 Black – GoPro, Inc. has unveiled the HERO6 Black, the best and most user-friendly GoPro camera to date. Powered by the specially developed GP1 processor, the New GoPro Hero6 Black delivers a whole new level of performance with breathtaking resolutions in 4K60 and 1080p240 as well as state-of-the-art video stabilization. The waterproof 5.2K camera Fusion 
has now also been officially introduced. It allows spherical shots and is compatible with standard GoPro mounts. GoPro is also expanding its product range with additional new mountings and accessories and is making the follow mode available with an update for Karma drones.

GoPro’s founder and CEO Nicholas Woodman presented the New GoPro Hero6 Black and Fusion cameras to an international audience at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, California. “The outstanding image quality, video stabilization and three times faster QuikStories performance make the HERO6 a powerful extension of the smartphone,” said Woodman. “It’s never been easier to share experiences with others with a GoPro.”

According to the manufacturer, the HERO6 delivers a significantly improved dynamic range for particularly detailed image reproduction and rich colors, even in low-light environments. The new digital zoom function brings the user even closer to the action.
