F1 – Jorge Lorenzo hopes that the Monster allows him to do a test with the Mercedes F1. Jorge Lorenzo did not want to miss the opportunity to jump on a Formula 1 CAR before the end of the year. The Spaniard is exploring the possibilities offered by the Monster. It is the sponsor of Yamaha Moto GP and one of the Mercedes F1’s partners.
“We are looking at the options. It would be good to be able to do something together with the Monster. Jorge would like to try a F1 car. No word yet on whether it will be possible. Because we are conditioned to certain aspects.” told a member of the Lorenzo’s entourage at Motorsport.com. These aspects correspond mainly to security reasons and to the calendar. Lorenzo could be fighting for the 2016 World Championship until the end of the season. This endangers the test.
Lorenzo wants to try a Mercedes F1
However, there are many available dates among various crossings between F1 and Moto GP. In any event, even if all you were to fit, it is still unclear how anyone could materialize this test.
