The Australian will ride again the Desmosedici after the Misano’s test. According to Danilo Petrucci, the former MotoGP world champion could take to the track and run again.
“I think that Casey wants to see if he is competitive. Because he wants to run in Austria.” says Danilo Petrucci. “This winter, I talked a lot with him. I even asked him to ride my bike after the injury. He told me that he had no more desire. It was no longer his life. Because in the end a MotoGP rider passes only 5% of its time in motion.”

The Desmosedici during acceleration can make a difference.” added Petrucci.
The track will be unknown to many. Then, Stoner could face ‘almost’ on a par with all the other Ducati riders. “I think that Casey will do these tests to figure out if it is fast. Then, he will decide. I’m sure that it will be quick. However, I hope not enough to stand in front of.” jokes Danilo Petrucci. Stoner wouldn’t run again. The Australian said that he didn’t want to get on the track a few weeks ago at the presentation of his new Nolan helmet. However, Ducati people and the Italian brand want that Casey comes back to running. What is certain is that the former world champion will be critical in the development of the bike.
