Time has passed since the quarrels in Yamaha with Valentino Rossi. Now Jorge Lorenzo spoke well about Valentino Rossi. “It is true; I do not go very far. But it is a pilot that has given much to motorcycling with its charisma. All of us have enjoyed your contribution. I admire him, and I want to learn from him.” The Spaniard said during a Spanish TV broadcast.
Jorge Lorenzo and the next MotoGP Title
Then Lorenzo reduced his ambitions. In the episode just broadcast (which was recorded in June, after the Barcelona GP) he claimed he would be content with another MotoGP title. “I’m sure I can’t win another five titles. But I’d like to win another one, with that I would be okay.”
The future
Jorge Lorenzo talked about his future and how he wants to run again, although, in the beginning, he thought to stop soon. “I’ve always planned to retire at 27, but every year that passes I have more fun. If I don’t have major injuries, I can continue for a long time. I didn’t believe I was coming so high, I have achieved great goals, now I corrode by passion.”
