The upcoming model will be placed above the Ducati Scrambler 800. The Ducati Scrambler 1100 Enduro will offer more off road capabilities. However, the spy photos show certain details about the 1100 Enduro. The new model is equipped with upside down forks. It seems this is going to have longer length of travel as compared to other models. Front wire spoked wheel appears to look bigger as well. It is definitely a 19 inches hoop and possibly a 21 inches wheel for genuine off road ability.
Ducati dropped hints that the company will be using its air-cooled v twin unit of 1,078cc in a model. This will make sense in this higher spec model. It will also differentiate the model from the 803cc bikes. In terms of engine displacement, the Scrambler Ducati line will receive logical progression. Finally, it seems the Ducati Scrambler 1100 Enduro will be positioned as a model with more off-road expertise. The chassis package seems to be more tough and durable. The suspension is longer as well.

This could continue to be the brand’s path of producing low tech, fun and affordable bikes for the masses. However, it is always difficult to analyze a motorcycle by its spy photos. However, the Ducati Scrambler 1100 Enduro is likely to be a vital model for the brand. Nonetheless, it will be exciting to see what the real machine turns out to be in future.
