BMW R nineT Racer e R nineT Pure – BMW Motorrad presents the new R nine T Racer and R nineT Pure. Both bikes complete the BMW Motorrad’ world heritage in two new variants.
BMW R nineT Racer e R nineT Pure has the powerful Boxer engine with a capacity of 1.170 cc and an output of 81 kW (110 HP) that meets EU4 requirements. They have a six-speed gearbox. The stainless steel exhaust system with tailpipes installed on the left reflects the classic design. The R nineT Racer and R nineT have a dual beam modular frame and we have already known it. Because the R nineT Scrambler has it.
The BMW R nineT Pure also symbolizes the classic Roadster in its purest form
The suspension of the front wheel has the classic Telescopic fork. While the rear suspension is a BMW Paralever. It works with a central absorber. Forged alloy wheels with five spokes measure 3.5 x 17″ on the front and 5.5 x 17″ on the rear. The tyres are 120/70 ZR 17 e 180/55 ZR 17. So, the R nineT Pure also symbolizes the classic Roadster in its purest form. The design consists of a mix of motorcycle engineering’s classic and modern styles. Details such as the platforms and the triple clamps forged and anodized aluminium completes it. The tank and the front wheel mudguard of the BMW R nineT Pure are painted in pastel color Catalano Grey.
The BMW R nineT Racer, classic 1970s sports motorcycle feeling
The R nineT Racer is similar to classic sport motorcycle early seventies. So, it gives an impression of ambitious sportiness of old style, combining it with modern technology. In Lightwhite non-metallic combined with decor that is reminiscent of past BMW Motorsport colours, the R nineT Racer is particularly light and athletic in appearance.
